RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
VAPE Return and Exchange Policy:
VAPE will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer, for a full refund or exchange within the 30 days from the receipt date.
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after the 30 days of the receipt date. Items must be returned with all original packaging. Products being returned must have a receipt of purchase.
Juice cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product has not left building property. Juice, once leaving store property, cannot be returned. Refunds will be refunded in the same form of purchase. Credit card returns cannot be issued as cash. Cash cannot be refunded if a credit card was used.
VAPE reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges. A valid government photo ID may be requested to authorize the return when permitted.
WARRANTY PROGRAM DETAILS:
VAPES’ extended manufacture warranty is six months from date of purchase. This warranty will be free to all customers purchasing a device from Vape and who are enrolled in our loyalty program. This option comes with the same restrictions as the manufacturer’s warranty. Customers not enrolled in our loyalty program will have only the manufacture warranty available.
Full exchange of purchase price within six months and after inspection deems device is manufacture defect. Full exchange does not cover: water damage, juice damage, unauthorized modification or customization of original device, accidental loss of or damage to the device and/or its internal components. Stripped threads and damage to the finish of the product is also not covered in the warranty. The warranty does not cover misuse or improper maintenance.
Up to 50% off a new device is product falls under, normal wear and tear, liquid damage, or physical damage rendering the device in-operable. This warranty does not cover atomizers, batteries, chargers, drip tips or any other accessories on the device itself.
manufacturer defects, such as a faulty chip and the mod not firing, among other possible issues. Covers the original owner against manufacture’s defects in workmanship and/or materials. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase plus six months, with original receipt. If the product fails due to a manufacture’s defect, we will gladly repair the product for you at no charge, or replace it for a new one at full purchase price.
EXTREME WEAR AND TEAR:
510 connections worn or stripped, and incorrect ohm reading. Unresponsive buttons, charge ports, faulty doors and battery connections.
Devices dropped in any liquid as well as damage caused by leaking atomizer/tank systems.
Includes dropping, kicking, throwing device or equipment, or run over by car.
All devices will need to be inspected by Vape approved technician to determine coverage available for device. All devices within original manufacture warranty date will first be repaired if possible. If no repair is available, device will be either exchanged for full purchase price or up to 50% the value of purchase price depending on device failure.
No devices will be warrantied before inspection by Vape approved technician.
Vape reserves the right to change or modify all warranties with or without knowledge of the warranty holder. Vape reserves the right to hold and inspect all equipment for determining type of damage or warranty.
